The current rules are mandatory for all sellers of the SOCNET STORE marketplace. By registering as a seller and listing products, you automatically accept all provisions of these rules.1. General Provisions1.1. Any registered user who has activated the seller's account can become a seller.1.2. The seller is fully responsible for the quality, legality, accuracy of the description, and functionality of the listed products.SOCNET STORE is a platform intermediary and ensures the security of transactions, moderation of products, and resolution of disputes between the seller and the buyer.1.4. The seller agrees to comply with the legislation and not to list products related to violence, hate propaganda, fraud, or other prohibited materials.2. Listing and Description of Products2.1. Each product must have a correct title, category, and detailed description that corresponds to the actual content.2.2. The seller must indicate in the product description the availability and duration of the warranty. If the warranty is not specified, returns and exchanges for such products are not accepted.2.3. Products undergo mandatory moderation. The administration has the right to reject a product with a reason provided.2.4. It is prohibited to mislead the buyer: to indicate incorrect characteristics, fake screenshots of statistics, or false information about the product.3. Order Fulfillment and Delivery3.1. The seller must ensure timely delivery of the product — automatically (in case of auto-delivery) or manually within the time specified in the product description.3.2. In case of manual delivery, the order must be delivered within the time set by the seller and not exceeding the limits set by the administration for the category.3.3. Delivery of files and data for products with manual delivery is strictly carried out through the special order delivery window — in the order form on the product card in the "Product Management" section. Transferring the product through chat, dialogues, or other resources is prohibited.3.4. Delivery of products through file-sharing services (Google Drive, Mega.nz and any other external services) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule is punishable by a warning, and in case of repeated violation — by account blocking by the administration.3.5. If the order consists of several units of product, the seller must deliver the full volume of the order according to the terms.3.6. The seller must promptly respond to buyer inquiries regarding orders.4. Guarantees, Replacements, and Returns4.1. The warranty and the term of good faith warranty apply only if they are explicitly stated by the seller in the product description.4.2. Refunds or exchanges for products that do not meet the declared quality or requirements are made only if the specified warranty is present in the product description and within its term.4.3. In case of delivery of a non-working product, the seller is obliged to provide a replacement or arrange a return under the warranty.4.4. Refunds are not made if the buyer made a mistake in choosing the product, purchased the product inattentively, or refuses it without an objective reason ("picked the wrong product", "changed my mind"). The responsibility for the choice of product before and after purchase lies entirely with the buyer.4.5. Refunds for services or products, the quality of which was not covered by the warranty, are not made. By purchasing such a product, the buyer automatically agrees to this condition.5. Transaction Protection System and Disputes5.1. The buyer's funds are held by the platform until the receipt of the product is confirmed, after which they are credited to the seller's balance ("on hold" for the warranty period).5.2. After the warranty period ends, in the absence of an open dispute, the funds automatically transfer to the seller's available balance.5.3. In case of a dispute, the seller is obliged to participate in its resolution. The dispute is automatically closed after 24 hours of no response from one of the parties — in favor of the responding party.5.4. If necessary, an administrator is involved in the dispute, whose decision is final.6. Prohibition of Communication and Transactions Outside the Platform6.1. Any communication between the seller and the buyer must occur only within the SOCNET STORE platform — through built-in dialogues and the order system.6.2. It is prohibited to offer, persuade, or transfer the buyer to communicate and pay outside the platform (third-party messengers, direct transfers, bypassing the order system).6.3. Payments through third-party payment systems or directly to the seller bypassing the platform are strictly prohibited. All transactions are conducted only through the built-in payment system of SOCNET STORE.6.4. It is prohibited to exchange contacts for conducting transactions outside the platform, bypassing the transaction protection system.6.5. If an attempt to circumvent the rules is detected, the seller will receive a warning, and for a repeated or gross violation — account blocking without the right to unblock and with possible freezing of funds.7. Payment and Withdrawal7.1. Payment acceptance from buyers is carried out exclusively through the methods available on the platform: cryptocurrencies, bank cards, PayPal, and other methods.7.2. Withdrawal of funds to the seller is available in any convenient way: any type of cryptocurrency, ByBit Pay, Binance Pay, Russian Federation bank cards, PayPal.7.3. The seller is responsible for the correctness of the specified payment details for withdrawal.8. Reputation and Reviews8.1. After the order is completed, the buyer has the right to leave a review and rating for the seller. Reviews form the seller's public reputation.8.2. It is forbidden to boost reviews, create fictitious orders to increase the rating, or otherwise manipulate reputation.8.3. The seller cannot delete or edit buyer reviews. Reviews can only be deleted by the administration in case of rule violations.9. Paid Privileges9.1. Paid privileges are available to the seller for product promotion: highlighting with color and moving to the top.9.2. The cost and validity period of privileges are set by the administration and are debited from the seller's balance.10. Responsibility and Sanctions10.1. For violating these rules, the administration has the right to apply: a warning, removal of the product from publication, functional limitations, account blocking.10.2. In case of gross violations (fraud, systematic platform circumvention, sale of prohibited goods), the account is blocked without explanation and without the right to unblock.10.3. The maximum aggregate liability of SOCNET STORE to the seller does not exceed the amount actually withheld for the disputed order.11. Support11.1. If any questions or problems arise, the seller can contact the support service — our team will promptly help with any request.
