What it is, how it works, and how it differs from automatic deliveryWhat is manual deliveryIn SOCNET STORE, goods are delivered in two ways: automatically and manually. With automatic delivery, the item is sent to the buyer instantly after payment — the system itself transfers the pre-loaded data (e.g., an account file). With manual delivery, the item is transferred personally by the seller after the order is placed. This method is used when the item is prepared individually to order or requires seller involvement — for example, accounts for specific parameters, services with setup, limited availability items. How it works for the buyerYou place and pay for an order for an item marked "Manual delivery".The order is sent to the seller, and the delivery timer starts — the time within which the seller must deliver the item (indicated in the item description). The seller transfers the item to you through the special order delivery window within the platform. You will receive a notification that the order has been delivered, and you can retrieve the data in your order card. After checking the item, confirm receipt — and the order is considered complete.Important: the item is always transferred only within the platform. The seller is not allowed to send data via chat, third-party messengers, or file-sharing services — this is prohibited by the rules. If the seller asks you to go somewhere outside the site to receive the item, do not agree and contact support. How it works for the sellerWhen creating an item, the seller selects the "Manual" delivery type. After the buyer pays for the order, the seller receives a notification of a new order. The seller must deliver the item within the specified period through the special delivery window in the order form (section "Item Management").Delivery of the item via chat, dialogues, file-sharing services (Google Drive, Mega.nz, etc.), or any external resources is strictly prohibited and is punishable by a warning with subsequent blocking. After delivery, funds are credited to the seller's balance "on hold" until the warranty period expires.Timelines and warrantyFor items with manual delivery, a timer is in effect, limiting the time for the seller to deliver the item. If the seller does not deliver the item on time, the buyer has the right to open a dispute and get a refund. After receiving the item, a warranty applies if it is indicated by the seller in the description. During the warranty period, you can check the item, request a replacement, or a refund if problems are found. What to do if problems ariseSeller does not deliver the item on time → open a dispute from the order card. The item is found to be defective → write to the seller through the order dialogue or open a dispute.Seller offers to receive the item outside the platform → refuse and report to support — this is a violation of the rules. In all disputed situations, an administrator will be involved if necessary, whose decision is final.
