• 1. Program Registration 1.1. You accept these rules when activating the referral program in your personal account. 1.2. One user — one referral account. Creating multiple accounts to participate in the program is prohibited. 1.3. The referral link is generated automatically and is available in the user's personal account.
• 2. Commission size and accrual 2.1. The standard rate is a fixed percentage of the order amount from referred users. The current rate is displayed in your personal account and can be changed by the administration. 2.2. Commission is accrued on purchases made by users you referred on the SOCNET STORE platform. 2.3. All earnings from referrals are automatically transferred to the referral balance of your account. 2.4. The referral balance is not subject to withdrawal. Funds from the referral balance can only be used for purchases on the platform and are automatically credited to the balance for paying for orders. 2.5. Self-referrals are prohibited: commission is not accrued for your own purchases and payments.
• 3. Allowed Promotion Methods 3.1. Placement of text and graphic referral links on websites, social networks, and email newsletters. 3.2. The use of own banners is allowed, provided that they do not mislead users. 3.3. Spam, mass non-targeted mailings, as well as placing links on resources with illegal content are prohibited. 3.4. Contextual advertising (PPC) for the branded keywords "SOCNET STORE" and its derivatives is allowed only with prior agreement with the service administration.
• 4. Reasons for Blocking a Referral Account A referral account may be blocked, and accruals canceled, in the following cases: 4.1. False advertising, knowingly false promises on behalf of the service. 4.2. Copyright infringement and use of third-party trademarks without permission. 4.3. Traffic fraud, order boosting, self-referrals, registering multiple accounts to bypass restrictions. 4.4. Any actions that cause reputational or financial damage to SOCNET STORE. 4.5. In case of gross violations, the administration has the right to delete all personal accounts of the violator without explanation and without the right to unblock.
• 5. Limitation of Liability 5.1. SOCNET STORE is not responsible for indirect losses of the program participant (lost profits, tracking failures, operation of third-party payment systems and services). 5.2. The maximum liability of the service is limited to the amount of the referral reward actually accrued.
• 6. Term and Modification of Rules 6.1. The agreement is valid from the moment the referral program is activated until your account is closed. 6.2. The administration has the right to update the referral program rules. By continuing to participate in the program, you automatically agree to the updated terms. The current date of changes is indicated at the bottom of the page.
• 7. Your Consent By participating in the referral program, you automatically confirm your agreement with all points of the current rules.
