Familiarize yourself with the general provisions, marketplace rules, monetary policy, guarantees, and responsibilities of our service. Last updated: 15.07.2026. 1. General Provisions 1.1. By registering, making a purchase, or listing a product on SOCNET STORE, you automatically accept all terms of these Rules, even if you have not read them in full. 1.2. SOCNET STORE reserves the right to change the Rules without prior notice. The current version replaces the previous one; the date of the last update is indicated at the top of the page. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the changes. 1.3. SOCNET STORE acts as an intermediary marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers of digital goods, and ensures transaction security, product moderation, and dispute resolution. 1.4. A user can act as a buyer, a seller, or both roles simultaneously, adhering to the rules for the respective role. 2. Account and Security 2.1. One user is allowed to have one main account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans, boost referrals, or for other violations is prohibited. 2.2. The user is responsible for the security of their account data. It is recommended to enable two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator) and link Telegram for protection. 2.3. The administration does not request user passwords and is not responsible for access lost due to the account owner's fault. 3. Purchases and Payment 3.1. Payment is accepted only through the methods available on the platform. Transactions bypassing the platform are prohibited. 3.2. Fees from specific payment systems may be added to the top-up amount. 3.3. Bonus and referral balances can only be used for purchases on the platform and are non-withdrawable. 3.4. Refunds for goods purchased due to buyer's inattention or error (“selected the wrong item,” “changed my mind”) are not provided. The responsibility for selecting the product lies entirely with the buyer. 4. Guarantees, Disputes, and Returns 4.1. The guarantee is valid only if it is specified by the seller in the product description and within the established period. 4.2. In case of problems with the product, the buyer can contact the seller through the order dialogue or open a dispute. 4.3. A dispute is automatically closed after 24 hours of no response from either party, in favor of the responding party. If necessary, an administrator will join the dispute, and their decision will be final. 4.4. Replacement of non-working goods and refunds are carried out within the framework of the guarantee and dispute resolution rules. 5. Transaction Protection System 5.1. The buyer's funds are held by the platform until confirmation of receipt of the goods, after which they are credited to the seller's balance. 5.2. The seller's funds are held during the guarantee period and become available after it ends, provided that no dispute is open. 6. Communication and Transactions Outside the Platform 6.1. Any communication between the buyer and the seller must take place only within the platform — through the built-in dialogues and the order system. 6.2. It is prohibited to offer, induce, or move the other party to communication, payment, or receipt of goods outside the platform. 6.3. Transferring goods via file-sharing services, chats, or any external resources is prohibited. Manually delivered goods are transferred only through the dedicated order delivery window. 6.4. An attempt to circumvent the rules results in a warning; a repeated or serious violation results in account blocking. 7. Prohibited Actions It is prohibited to: 7.1. List goods that violate the law, as well as goods related to violence, hate propaganda, fraud, or other prohibited materials. 7.2. Mislead users with false descriptions, fake statistics, or inaccurate data. 7.3. Inflate reviews, ratings, and referrals, or create fictitious orders. 7.4. Use the service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. 8. Liability 8.1. SOCNET STORE is not liable for sanctions imposed by third-party services in relation to purchased goods, nor for damage arising from their use. 8.2. The maximum aggregate liability of SOCNET STORE does not exceed the amount actually paid for the disputed order. 8.3. The user accepts all risks associated with the use of the purchased digital goods. 9. Sanctions 9.1. For a violation of these Rules, the administration may apply: a warning, removal of a product from publication, restriction of functionality, or account blocking. 9.2. In case of serious violations, the account is blocked without explanation, with no right to unlock and possible freezing of funds. 10. Support 10.1. For any questions, you can contact customer support — our team will promptly assist with any request.
