SocNet Store — 退款政策与争议解决

SocNet Store 退款政策:交易保护、担保条款、争议处理流程,以及不予退款的情形。

Last updated: 25.08.2026. This Refund Policy explains when a refund or replacement is available for Digital Goods purchased on the SOCNET STORE marketplace, and how to request one. It should be read together with the Marketplace Rules, which govern guarantees, disputes, and the transaction protection system more broadly. 1. How Payments Are Protected SOCNET STORE uses a transaction protection system (escrow). When you pay for an order, your funds are held by the Platform and are not released to the seller until you confirm receipt of the goods. This is what makes a refund possible before funds reach the seller, and is the basis for the process described below. 2. When a Guarantee Applies A guarantee on a purchase is valid only where the seller has specified one in the product description, and only within the period stated there. If no guarantee period is stated for a listing, no guarantee applies to that purchase beyond what is required by applicable law. 3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement 3.1. If there is a problem with a product you received, first contact the seller directly through the order dialogue. Many issues can be resolved directly between buyer and seller. 3.2. If the seller does not respond, or the issue is not resolved, open a dispute from the order card. Opening a dispute gives the Platform administration access to the order correspondence and materials needed to review the situation. 3.3. A dispute is automatically closed after 24 hours without a response from either party, in favor of whichever party did respond. Where necessary, an administrator will join the dispute, and the administrator's decision is final. 3.4. Replacement of a non-working product, or a refund, is carried out within the framework of the applicable guarantee and this dispute process. 4. Situations Not Covered by a Refund Refunds are not provided for purchases affected only by the buyer's own inattention or change of mind — for example, selecting the wrong item or no longer wanting a product that was delivered as described. Responsibility for selecting the correct product lies with the buyer; we recommend reviewing the product description carefully, and contacting the seller with questions, before completing a purchase. 5. How Refunds Are Issued Approved refunds are credited to your balance on the Platform and become available for further purchases immediately after the dispute is resolved or an agreement with the seller is reached under Section 3. Refunds are not returned to the original payment method (bank card, cryptocurrency wallet or other payment service). A refund is credited in proportion to how the order was originally paid: the part paid from your withdrawable balance returns to the withdrawable balance, and the part paid from bonus or referral funds returns to the non-withdrawable balance. Bonus and referral balance amounts are non-withdrawable and can only be used toward purchases on the Platform; this does not change as a result of a refund. 6. Related Documents This policy works together with the Marketplace Rules (guarantees, account security, dispute rules) and the Privacy Policy (how dispute-related data is handled). Where this policy and the Marketplace Rules address the same topic, the Marketplace Rules take precedence unless this policy is more specific. 7. Contact Us To open a dispute or ask about a specific order, use the order dialogue or contact the details provided in the Footer of the website or in the support contacts in the bottom right corner of the screen.
